Shipping policy

Due to New Zealand's COVID-19 Response there is increased demand for postal services and significant parcel volumes being managed by all New Zealand carriers; as a result your parcel may be delayed.

                                                           

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

New Zealand Shipping

We offer $5.50 flat rate shipping within New Zealand for all urban areas. If your address is rural please select our Rural Delivery for a flat rate shipping cost of $10.

Your parcel will be shipped out on an overnight tracked courier. Delivery is Monday to Friday only.

Collection for our Wellington based customers may be available. Please contact us at info@newzealandnotions.co.nz if you'd like to discuss this.

Australian Shipping

We're now offering shipping to our Aussie Neighbours! 

Your parcel will be sent using an International Tracked Parcel service with delivery expected within three to six working days. This is a weight based service rather than flat rate and will be calculated for you at checkout .

As a general guide - one pair of elastics weighs 1.6 grams so you'd get about 50 pairs in a 100 gram parcel (this takes into account the weight of the mailer and so on).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or Private Bags.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used items, or change of mind items due to the nature of some of our products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
